Triangle Warning Panel

The triangle is constructed from anodized aluminum and features two 700 mm Class 2 AK5 panels, mounted back-to-back. It is installed on a double-acting hinge that allows it to tilt both forward and backward, ensuring flexibility and optimal visibility depending on the deployment angle.

Each side of the triangle includes three ultra-flat optical units (Ø72 mm), equipped with 12 high-intensity yellow LEDs. These LEDs are shielded by magnifying lenses, which enhance light projection for maximum effectiveness in low-visibility conditions.

With a lifespan of over 100,000 hours, the LED system ensures long-term reliability. The triangle is dual voltage compatible, operating on both 12V and 24V systems without requiring any adjustments to the lighting components.

Fairing Construction

The chassis and outer shell (fairing) are both made from high-quality aluminum, combining structural strength with lightweight efficiency. The default finish is a durable white epoxy paint. If a different color is preferred, the desired RAL color code must be specified at the time of ordering.

Mounting & Fixing Options

The standard configuration includes a magnetic mounting system, using three strong magnets for secure attachment. The assembly is approved for travel speeds of up to 130 km/h when the triangle is folded down, and up to 70 km/h when it is raised.

Alternatively, the system can be permanently affixed using the optional adhesive mounting kit (Reference 29053).

Power Supply

This equipment includes a 10-meter power cable equipped with a cigarette lighter plug, ensuring easy connection to the vehicle’s power system.
