Triangle Warning System

The triangle is engineered from anodized aluminum and features a dual-panel configuration, consisting of two AK5 500 mm Class 2 panels mounted back-to-back. It is installed on a double-acting hinge, enabling forward and backward tilting for adaptability in various operational conditions.

The integrated lighting system includes three ultra-flat Ø72 mm optical units on each side, each equipped with 12 high-intensity yellow LEDs. These are protected by magnifying lenses, ensuring enhanced visibility and focused light projection in critical environments.

The LEDs are rated for over 100,000 hours of operation, providing exceptional durability with virtually zero maintenance. The system supports dual voltage input (12V and 24V) without requiring any modification to the lights.

Fairing Construction

The fairing and chassis are both made from high-grade aluminum, combining robustness with reduced weight. It is finished in a default white epoxy paint, resistant to corrosion and wear. Custom color requests can be accommodated by specifying the desired RAL code at the time of order.

Mounting & Fixation

By default, the system is mounted using three industrial-grade magnets, ensuring secure attachment even under high-speed conditions. The equipment is rated for use up to 130 km/h with the triangle folded and 70 km/h with the triangle raised. For permanent installations, an adhesive mounting kit is available under reference 29053.

This unit includes a 10-meter power cable with a cigarette lighter plug, allowing for flexible vehicle integration.
