Triangle Warning Panel

The triangle is constructed from anodized aluminum and includes two AK5 500 mm Class 2 panels assembled back-to-back. Each side features three ultra-flat Ø72 mm optics, with each optic containing 12 high-intensity yellow LEDs. These are protected by magnifying lenses that ensure excellent visibility in operational environments.

The LED units offer a lifespan of over 100,000 hours, minimizing maintenance and maximizing reliability. The triangle is dual voltage compatible, capable of operating on both 12V and 24V power supplies without requiring modifications to the lighting elements.

Electric Lifting Mechanism

The structure, including both the frame and fairing, is manufactured from durable aluminum. The triangle is raised and lowered via an electric actuator (cylinder), allowing it to retract into the fairing when not in use.

When the triangle is deployed, the LED optics are automatically activated. The fairing comes with a white epoxy finish by default; custom colors are available upon request by providing the RAL color code when ordering.

Mounting & Fixation

The unit is primarily mounted using three magnetic bases, offering a secure hold during travel at speeds of up to 130 km/h when the triangle is in the lowered position.

For permanent installation, an adhesive fixing kit (Reference 29053) is available and required to ensure long-term stability.

Power & Control

This equipment includes a 10-meter power cable and is controlled by a 1-switch control kit with integrated 15A circuit protection. This setup provides straightforward control and safeguards the system from electrical overload.
