Triangle Warning Panel

The triangle is constructed from anodized aluminum and features two 700 mm AK5 panels mounted back-to-back. Each side is equipped with three ultra-flat Ø72 mm optical units, each containing 12 high-intensity yellow LEDs. This lighting setup ensures optimal visibility in safety-critical environments.

The LED elements boast a lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours, providing long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. Designed for versatility, the triangle supports dual voltage operation (12V and 24V) without the need for any modifications to the lighting system.

Electric Lifting System

The system’s frame and fairing are both made of lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum. An integrated electric actuator enables the triangle to retract fully into the fairing when not in use. When raised, the triangle’s lighting system is automatically activated.

The fairing is finished in white epoxy paint by default. Custom colors can be provided upon request by specifying the appropriate RAL color code during the ordering process.

Mounting & Fixation

This equipment is primarily mounted using three high-strength magnets, ensuring secure attachment under dynamic conditions. It is rated for use at speeds of up to 130 km/h when the triangle is folded down.

For permanent installation, the use of the adhesive fixing kit (Reference 29053) is required. This ensures long-term, vibration-resistant mounting.

Electrical Connection & Control

The system is delivered with a 10-meter power cable and is operated via a single-switch control kit with integrated 15A circuit protection. This setup provides safe and simple user operation.
